Kadus Group is currently providing construction oversight services for a new multifamily development located at 1155 Joseph Cyr Street and 1082 Cyrville Road in Ottawa’s East end.

 

The project consists of a six-storey, 74,700 sq. ft., mixed-use apartment building featuring ground-floor commercial space. Once completed, the building will include 116 residential apartments located throughout the upper five stories and basement level, containing a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two- bedroom apartments varying in size, along with a variety of amenities for its tenants, including an at-grade communal space, an amenity room on the sixth floor, and a large rooftop patio. The ground floor also will also include visitor parking and bike storage.
