One Seaport Square is a luxury high-rise apartment and retail development in the vibrant Seaport Square District of South Boston. The project consists of 836 units in two towers, twenty-two and twenty stories respectively, above three stories of retail and subterranean parking. The 1.1M square foot project was one of Boston’s largest mixed-use developments in decades and qualifies for LEED Silver Certification. One Seaport Square was completed in 2017 on schedule and on budget.

 

Boston Global Investors and its development team, partnered with Berkshire Group, PSP Investments, and WS Development to develop this substantial mixed-use project.
