This new $400-million business park was developed by Avenue31 and is located on 99 acres just off of Highway 417 at Hunt Club Road in Ottawa. Geared towards logistics, e-commerce, and the distribution of goods, this Class A industrial development currently has three buildings complete, and five more planned.
