Jane Domenico

Jane Domenico is a Senior Advisor with Kadus Group and a seasoned real estate executive with over 20 years of experience in asset management, investment strategy, and portfolio leadership. Based in Kadus Group’s Toronto office, she supports clients nationally.

Jane has held senior leadership roles with nationally recognized organizations, including President & CEO of Partners REIT, Senior Vice President & National Lead at Colliers, and President of Asset Management & Modernization at Infrastructure Ontario. In these roles, she oversaw large-scale, multi-asset portfolios and was responsible for investment performance, modernization initiatives, governance, and long-term strategic planning.

Her expertise spans retail, office, industrial, and residential assets across Canada. She brings an institutional-grade approach to capital allocation, asset optimization, repositioning strategies, and risk management, consistently driving value across diverse portfolios and market cycles.
