Alison Clarke (Stirling) is a Development Manager with a strong foundation in land development strategy, project coordination, and stakeholder-focused execution. She brings a blend of client-centric communication, planning insight, and organizational discipline to advancing development initiatives across eastern Ontario.

Alison holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Guelph and has professional experience with leading organizations including Minto Communities, Ottawa Senators, and Peak Sales, where she honed her skills in client relations, project leadership, and cross-team collaboration.
​
Prior to joining Kadus Group, Alison contributed to her family’s land development advisory practice, where she played an integral role in managing complex greenfield projects through phases including site acquisition, development approvals, financing, sales strategy, and construction coordination. In her current role, she supports municipalities and private clients, ensuring development projects are organized, on track, and moving forward with clarity and momentum.
