In his role as Partner at Kadus Group, Justin advises the leadership team on accelerating the growth of the firm by shaping strategy, implementing technology platforms, and improving the efficiency and scalability of operations.

Beyond Kadus Group, Justin is CEO of the Corporate Payment Network (CPN), where he is leading the development of a private, scheme-based payments platform designed for complex, multinational organizations. He is also a co-founder of an international eyewear company and an indoor farming operation based in Cornwall, Ontario. In addition, Justin teaches Leadership, Strategy, and Change at the University of Ottawa, helping prepare the next generation of business leaders to build resilient, values-driven organizations that create lasting value for employees, customers, investors, and the broader community.

Previously, Justin served as Chief Operating Officer at Colonnade BridgePort, where he oversaw company-wide operations across real estate development and corporate services. In that role, he built the organizational infrastructure required to scale the firm’s real estate management platform and strengthen its market leadership across Ontario.
