Jennifer Murray
Jennifer Murray (P.Eng, MBA) is a respected Ottawa-based entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in land development, construction, and project management. Over her career she has held several senior positions, including Vice President of Land Development for a local real estate development firm, Project Manager for Minto, Ottawa’s largest private homebuilder/developer, and many years as the owner and operator of an independent land development consultant.
In addition to her professional experience, Jennifer brings diverse experience from the non-profit sector (Engineers Without Borders), the public sector (Ministry of Transportation), on-site construction training (Lafarge Construction) to name just a few.

Jennifer is a respected development executive with 25 years of experience in land development, construction, and project management. Over her career she has held several senior positions with international, national and regional firms including Minto Communities, Avenue31, MMM Engineering, and Lafarge.

Jennifer is a co-founder and shareholder of Kadus Group Inc., and leads our Land Development, Planning and Project Feasibility practice area.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE
First Nations: Development advisor to several First Nations and Indigenous groups redeveloping large multi-acre sites.
National Capital Commission: Land-use and development advisor to the NCC on several large, high-profile projects in the Nations Capital Region.
Hunt Club + Highway 417, Ottawa: Industrial master-plan Federal Land Use approvals for 99 acres of industrial land.
Minto Communities Canada, Ottawa: As Development Manager was responsible for all suburban-south Ottawa projects for Minto, including Mahogany in Manotick, Chapman Mills, Ampersand, and Quinn’s Pointe.
Minto Developments Inc. Ottawa: Project Manager of land developments and engineering servicing for residential development projects.
