LARGE-SCALE PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Lebreton Flats, Aqueduct District | Ottawa, Ontario
The Aqueduct District is a signature component of the LeBreton Flats Master Concept Plan, envisioned as a vibrant, mixed-use destination anchored by the historic aqueduct and its surrounding public realm. Positioned next to the future Major Events Centre, the district has the potential to become one of Ottawa’s most dynamic new urban neighbourhoods—bringing together housing, cultural uses, retail, and year-round public spaces in a way that celebrates the site’s heritage and waterfront setting.

Zibi | Ottawa, Ontario / Gatineau, Quebec
34 acre, 4 million sq. ft. mixed-use waterfront redevelopment on a brownfield site. The One Planet Living framework was implemented for the first time in Canada, providing a strong foundation to building support from a diverse stakeholder group that included two cities, two provinces, the National Capital Commission and First Nations groups.
YZD, Downsview Airport | Toronto
In the heart of Toronto, the largest urban redevelopment in North America is underway. Called YZD, the call-sign of the former Downsview Airport, its 370 acres will become seven vibrant neighbourhoods, featuring homes, parks, shops, schools and workplaces. YZD will redefine what it means to live in a city that prioritizes quality of life.
District Wharf | Washington DC, USA
The Wharf is a large, 3 million sq. ft. mixed-use community development on the waterfront in the heart of Washington DC. The entire Wharf District is designed to achieve LEED® ND Gold, and LEED Gold for all of the 11 individual buildings.
Seaport Square | Boston, USA
The master plan for Seaport Square comprises 7.7 million sq. ft. of development and brings a diverse mix of uses, pedestrian-oriented public space, and greater coherence and connectivity to the Seaport district in Boston.
