Founded in 1983 by committed women, Maison Interlude House has always put women victims of domestic violence and their children at the heart of its development. Thanks to these feminist pioneers, the organization has been supporting women for over 40 years. Maison Interlude House is building a new 30-unit building in Embrun, with 50% of units being affordable and dedicated to the Maison Interlude House clients (who are women and children fleeing violence).

Kadus Group is working with the architect and consulting team, acting as the Agent to secure the minor variance to the committee of adjustment and Site Plan Approval. This work includes:

• Planning Rationale letter and consultation with the Municipal staff.

• Working with the consulting team and lead architect to pull the submission together.

• Working with the consulting team to coordinate comments and responses for re-submission for Site Plan Approval.
