Kadus Group worked with the Carp Rd Corridor BIA, providing an economic and employment benefit analysis of extending water to the lands within the existing zoning and rural employment designation. 

The Carp Road Corridor BIA represents the over 250 business and property owners on

over 300 hectares of zoned employment land in the designated area on the north side of Highway 417 along Carp Rd in the Rural area west of Kanata.

 

Fixing the water problems in the Village of Carp could add the potential for water service to these existing and well-established rural employment lands in Carp also.
