Perley Health is a community where over 600 Seniors and Veterans thrive from independent living to long-term care. Perley supports each resident with a person and family-centric approach to the continuum of care to improve not only their physical well-being but their mental and emotional health, too.  

 

In 2018 Perley embarked on a strategy to expand the services they provide on their Ottawa campus, aiming to double the number of seniors they serve by 2030.

 

Kadus Group provided Strategic Advisory services to the executive team in the conception of the Seniors Living Expansion project, and is now acting as the lead Project Manager.

The Seniors Living Expansion project will provide over 200 units across two 6-storey buildings, one dedicated to Long Term Care, and the other to Independent Living.
