Stone Abbey is a residential redevelopment project by Windmill Development Group, located in one of Ottawa’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. 

By incorporating the heritage Southminster Church, the project’s mix of condos and townhomes fuses traditional architecture with contemporary design. Set within a delightful urban landscape along the Rideau Canal southwest of Lansdowne Park, Stone Abbey offers a rich sense of community and a vast array of walkable amenities.

Jennifer Murray provided development management consulting services and project management to build the consulting team through re-zoning and site plan approvals and concept and feasibility stage. This also included liaising with the municipal and federal government (as an adjacent landowner), working with the church congregation as the Owner and extensive community consultation with the neighbors.
